Rachel Cupples is a Corporate Recruiter who has spent over a decade successfully building and leading best-in-class recruitment and inside sales teams. Rachel makes use of what she calls one of her true superpowers, "meeting people where they are and building from there."

Rachel specializes in diversity corporate recruitment. For over six of the ten-plus years Rachel has been recruiting, she has focused on building recruitment programs that empower candidates, hiring teams, clients, and being a champion for diversity and inclusion. Rachel’s focus allows her to deliver top talent and cultivate partnerships without cutting corners or compromising candidate experience.

In addition to being an award-winning corporate diversity recruiter, Rachel is an experienced recruitment program manager, talent acquisition strategist, high-volume recruiter, diversity-focused sourcer, and hiring manager trainer. In 2022 and 2023, she was named in Top HR Influencer list for Diversity & Inclusion by Xobin. Rachel was named in 20 Powerful Women Leaders in HR by Recooty for International Women's Day in 2023.  She received the Diversity Spirit Achievement award in 2020, in recognition of her active support of diversity and inclusion in recruiting practices, by the largest diversity-focused career fair in the United States, City Career Fair.
